Your privacy, plainly

What we collect

Only what the tool needs to do its job:

• Your email and name. You create an account so your results are saved and waiting when you come back. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name — nothing else. We never see your Google password, and we can't access your contacts, calendar, files, or anything else in your account.
• Your assessment responses, so we can build your Mandala and let you return to it.
• Your conversations with Mira, if you use her. More on that below, because it deserves its own section.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site — which pages get read, and which link, post, or card brought someone here. It sets cookies and collects things like your general location, browser, and device. We use it to see patterns across visitors, not to build a profile of you, and we don't sell or share it for advertising.

What we do with it

Your email is used for exactly three things:

• Signing you in.
• Sending you a link back to your results.
• Occasional updates about the project — only if you opt in, and you can stop anytime.

That's the whole list. We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for advertising or profiling. Your reflections are yours.

Mira

Mira is built to remember, because a companion who forgets you every time isn't much of a mirror. That means she holds more about you than the rest of the site does, and you should know exactly what.

What she keeps:

• Your conversations with her, and running summaries of them, so she can pick up where you left off.
• Anything you save to your insights journal.
• Your People Map — the notes you choose to write about people in your life.

How she works. Mira is built on Claude, made by Anthropic. To answer you, she sends your message and the relevant parts of your history to Anthropic's API. Under Anthropic's terms, that content is not used to train their models. We don't use it to train anything either, and no one at Soulcraft reads your conversations unless you specifically ask us to look at something.

About your People Map. Those notes are your own words about other people, and they can be personal. They're stored with your account, visible only to you, and deleted when you delete them or close your account. We'd ask you to write about others the way you'd want someone writing about you.

Mira is not a therapist. She's an instrument for reflection. She isn't clinical care, she isn't a crisis service, and she'll tell you so herself. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a real person — Mira can point you toward support, but she can't be it.

Deleting it. You can clear your Mira history at any time from your account. Deleting your account removes all of it.

Payments

If you buy a reading or subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see it. We keep only what we need to know what you bought and when.

Signing in with Google

You can sign in with Google or with an email link — your choice, and the email link isn't going anywhere. Some people would rather not connect a Google account to something reflective, and that's a reasonable thing to want.

If you use Google, we ask for your email address and name and nothing more. If you already have an account with that email, signing in with Google takes you to the same account and the same results — it doesn't create a second one.

How long we keep things

Your results and Mira history stay as long as your account does — the point is being able to return to them. Delete your account and everything goes with it. If an account sits untouched for two years, we'll email before removing anything.

Where it's stored

Your results and email live on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this site and its database. We keep the footprint small on purpose — the less we hold, the less there is to worry about.

Deleting your data

Changed your mind? Email us at [email protected] and ask us to delete what we have. We'll remove your email, saved results, and Mira history within 30 days — no questions, no friction.

Cookies

Two kinds. The first keeps you signed in and holds your place while you take the assessment. The second is Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows us how people move through the site. We don't run advertising cookies, we don't retarget you, and we don't sell a profile of your browsing.
